Special Orders

What is a special order?


Certain items throughout our website will be noted as a "Special Order".  These items are currently out of stock but can be ordered at your request.

All Special Orders are Pre-Paid.

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.

If we are unable to deliver your purchase by the 6th week you may request a full refund.  Special Orders canceled before this time period are subject to a 20% administrative fee.

If your order contains Special Order items along with In-Stock items, everything will be shipped together.  If you would like the in-stock items to ship sooner please order separately.
