Description
JANUARY 2008
It's 2008 for both kids and adults!!! That means Juxtapoz is bringing
in the new year with fantastic comic book illustrator Tomer Hanuka.
Hip-hop extraordinaire/intellect Aesop Rock and Tomer had a little
sit-down and discussed how the Israeli-born artist made it big in New
York City. Oh, and the cover is a special edition from Mr. Hanuka just
for Juxtapoz. This issue also has Brazilian-born Eduardo Recife
chatting about the South American landscape, Mark Jenkins setting the
standard for proper street exhibitions in Washington, DC and around the
globe, Three Tides Tattoo in Japan, and album cover art creator, Alex
Steinweiss.
We also ring in the new year with showstoppers on Craola, Dzine, Robert
Williams, and Takashi Murakami, as well as profiles up the wazoo on
emerging artists you don't want to miss.
