All items offered from Paniks Toy Box are new premium quality goods direct from the manufacturer. All incoming items are inspected prior to being listed. We will not sell anything that does not meet our high standards. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, we will work to correct it immediately. All defective items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
We would like to point out that it is uncommon but possible that there may be slight packaging imperfections such a dented corner of a box or small surface abrasions on the outer packaging that do not affect the item itself. Serious collectors may notice these minor flaws, which usually occur during normal handling and transport. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee against these minor defects. We place all goods with extraordinary damage in our "Bang-Up Deals" category. Click on the "Bang Up Deals" link to see these discounted offerings.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, select the item and quantity of the item(s) you wish to purchase. Use the "add to cart" button to add the items to your cart. Shipping costs can be checked by using the shipping calculator near the bottom of the shopping cart page. When you have completed shopping, click on the proceed to checkout button to process your order. If this is your first visit to Panik's Toy Box, Welcome! We encourage you to sign up for an account. Although not required, signing up for an account will allow you access to several valuable features such as order tracking, wish lists and other benefits. Signing up is easy and don't worry about spam, your account information will not be used for any other purpose.
As a convenience to our customers, Panik's Toy Box offers pre-orders on select items that have not yet been released. These items will be listed as pre-orders with an estimated release date subject to change by the manufacturer. Pre-orders are available based on tentative stock quantities offered by the manufacturers. We do our very best to fulfill each pre-order however we may not be able to fill all orders if the manufacturer alters the quantity available at the time of distribution. All Pre-Orders are Pre-Paid. Pre-ordered merchandise is subject to a 20% administrative fee if cancelled.
If your order contains Pre-Order items along with In-Stock items, everything will be shipped together. If you would like the in-stock items to ship sooner please order separately.
We accept electronic payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, AMEX, Paypal and E-Checks from US bank accounts. All online payments are encrypted and transmitted via a secure server for your protection. All customers will receive a confirmation email after payment is made. For information about other payment methods, please contact us via email or our toll free number.
Overseas orders may require additional verification.
Customers can check shipping cost by adding items to the shopping cart and using the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page. Shipping costs will update as items are added or removed from the cart.
All in-stock items are typically shipped within 72 business hours of purchase. Special consideration will be given to time-sensitive shipments (such as gifts). Please alert us to your special needs!
We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS). We also offer shipping with United Parcel Service (UPS) within the USA. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipping rates are based upon parcel weight and size. Our FAQ page describes all shipping methods and estimated delivery times.
Items shipped to addresses within the state of Maine will be charged Maine State Sales Tax of 5%. Items shipped outside the USA will be shipped with all necessary customs documentation including an invoice stating actual purchase price. International customers are responsible for payment of import duties or taxes. Please refer to your post office or government agency for customs information. If the gift box is marked on the checkout page, we will mark the gift box on the customs declaration form. Customs regulations still require full value to be declared however.
Items will be shipped to the address that you provide using your choice of shipper. Please provide your COMPLETE street address INCLUDING apartment or suite numbers!!! Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO boxes. To ensure rapid delivery and to avoid unnecessary additional postage expense, please use extra care when entering your address information and if possible, use the address designated by your post office. Packages that are unclaimed or undeliverable will be returned to us with postage due. Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We must bill UPS charges to recipient ($5 Ground / $10 Air) for address corrections due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses when incorrectly provided by the customer.
We will send a confirmation email when your parcel(s) is released for shipping including tracking information.

Let's face it... returning merchandise is never an enjoyable task. We try to eliminate potential problems by first inspecting, then carefully and securely packaging your items prior to shipment. Still, this isn't a perfect world. Things happen. You should know that in those rare cases, we are here to take care of those pesky problems.
If you have ever had more than ten packages delivered to you, you know that at least one box had a gaping hole, been wet, been crushed, or maybe even all three! If you suspect damage to the contents of the box that your delivery person hands to you, please have him or her note it on their delivery manifest. This will make processing a claim easier. If you missed the delivery person that's OK, just remember the sooner you note the damage after delivery... the better! Please notify us immediately! Claims for damage must be filed by the shipper (that's us!). We will handle all the paperwork and processing of the claim as well as arranging for the replacement of your merchandise!
On rare occasions, even we make mistakes! If your parcel arrives and the item is not what you ordered, if its missing pieces, or if it doesn't work, please let us know right away and we will get your order corrected quickly and at no cost and little hassle to you!
We hope that you shouldn't have to make returns for any other reason. Returns are accepted nonetheless for all new unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase except for our "Bang-up Deals" and selected clearance merchandise. All Bang-up Deals and selected clearance sales are final.
To return an item, please email us with your request indicating the reason for dissatisfaction. We will then provide you with an RMA number and instructions for return. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns; issue merchandise credit in lieu of refund and/or charge a variable restock fee if a returned parcel is not in compliance with our terms and conditions. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Returned orders that were purchased using our free shipping promotion will have original shipping cost deducted from any refund or credit amount.
