How do I contact customer service?

Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm EST. Our hours are subject to change depending on the season. E-Mails are regularly checked 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.

-We accept Discover, AMEX, JCB, Mastercard and Visa directly through our secure server.

-We accept checks online from US banks only.  Please enter the information as requested including routing and account numbers.  Check typically require 7 - 10 days to clear.  Orders paid by check may be delayed due to check processing time
-Paypal payments are accepted via Paypal's secure server.  After your transaction is authorized, please wait. You will be directed back to our checkout page for confirmation details.

-We can also accept money orders, please email or call for details.

Is the item that I want in stock?

- In most cases, yes! With the exception of pre-orders / special orders, if you are able to add an item to the shopping cart, it is very likely in stock. We use "real time inventory". The shopping cart will only allow customers to purchase available stock amounts. If any item is currently out of stock, the customer will see "Notify Me When Stock Is Available". By clicking on this link and entering an email address, we will send an email message when stock becomes available.

-Orders on in-stock merchandise may be cancelled anytime up to the time of shipment for a full refund. Pre-ordered merchandise is subject to a 20% administrative fee if cancelled prior to the scheduled release date. Special Orders are subject to a 20% administrative fee if cancelled before the 6 weeks are up.  We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, we can accept returns on new unused items up to 10 days from the date of shipment. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Is the product packaging in mint condition?

- While we strive to provide products in unblemished packaging, we are unable to guaranteed against minor defects on the box, blistercard etc. We quickly inspect each item out taken of the case. If we receive an item with extraordinary damage, it is placed in the Bang Up Deals section of our website.  We encourage collectors with specific packaging needs to enter best available packaging in the comments field during checkout. You may also contact us via email before purchasing.

Can you double box my order to help prevent shipping damage?

- We take great care packaging all items for shipment. If the extra protection of double boxing is requested, we will happily do so. Please note however that there is an extra charge of US$3 to $5 for double boxing to offset the costs of the extra packaging and increased shipping weight.

What are the costs of customs duties and taxes?

-With over a hundred different countries with different custom and duty structures, it is impossible for us to estimate the costs of customs fees, duties or taxes. Please refer to your local post office or applicable government agency. Any taxes due will need to be paid at the time of delivery by the recipient.

-Sorry, we do not undervalue merchandise on customs forms. All items are shipped under our USPS commercial account which identifies the parcels as retail shipments. Actual sales price is reported for customs as well as insurance purposes. We like to keep customs officials happy so that your packages arrive on time with minimal inconvenience. If the gift box is checked on the order checkout page, we will mark the gift box on the customs declaration form. Please note that customs regulations still require us to state the full value of the gift on the declaration form.

When will my order arrive / what are the shipping options?

-All orders are typically shipped within 72 business hours.  The speed of delivery depends on the carrier and class of mail selected. We have summarized all shipping methods below. Shipping times are estimates provided by the designated carriers. Paniks Toy Box makes no guarantee to the accuracy of the delivery times.

Domestic Mail Classes (shipping to USA)

-USPS Priority Mail > Delivery typically anywhere within the USA within 5 days. Shipped with Delivery Confirmation.

-USPS Express Mail > Guaranteed delivery within two business days or shipping is refunded by the USPS. Online tracking at Prioritized packaging and shipping.

-USPS Parcel Post > Delivery with this ground shipping method may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.  Shipped with Delivery Confirmation.

-UPS Ground > Highly reliable on-time delivery within the USA usually in 5 days or less. Online tracking at Delivered to your doorstep... No P.O. Boxes please!!!   See Service Map Below.

-UPS Air Services > (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) Very reliable and timely delivery for a price! Guaranteed delivery times or shipping is refunded by UPS.  Online tracking at Delivered to your doorstep... No P.O. Boxes please!!!  Prioritized packaging and shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: All express service shipments received after 12 noon or on the weekends will be processed the next business day.  UPS services are delivered Monday through Friday ONLY.   Saturday delivery may be available on air services depending on the service area. Please contact us to check on this option.  A $15.00 UPS fee for Saturday delivery will be added to the final order total.
***Please verify your COMPLETE address for all shipments including apartment or suite numbers. We regret that we must bill for reshipping fees and/or address correction charges when customer provide an incomplete or incorrect address.  UPS address correction fees are $5 for UPS Ground and $10 for UPS Air services.  USPS fees will vary  ***
International Mail Classes 
The USPS remains the BEST method of shipment to international destinations.  UPS, Fed Ex and other carriers are normally priced at least two to three times the cost of the USPS for international shipments. 
First Class Mail International > Low cost shipping to international destinations for parcels under 4lbs.  This mail class CANNOT be tracked and should arrive within 4 - 6 weeks from date of shipment. 
USPS Priority Mail International >  Online status available at  Insured delivery to destination typically within 10 to 14 days. Our recommended choice for international delivery.
USPS Express International > The preferred international express shipping method with delivery to most international destinations within 7 days. Online tracking available at The most secure international method, recommended where packages may be at risk for loss or theft. Prioritized packaging and shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

-To view shipping costs, please place the item(s) that you may wish to purchase in the shopping cart by using the "add to shopping cart" button in the listing. Then, you may view the shipping methods and cost by using the shipping calculator near the middle of the shopping cart page.

-Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the item(s) shipped. Each time you add or remove an item from the cart, the shipping costs will update automatically. Our shipping calculator communicates directly with UPS and USPS for up-to-date postage costs.

-Returns are accepted for all new unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 10 days of shipment except for our "Bang-up Deals" and selected clearance merchandise. All Bang-up Deals and selected clearance sales are final.  
To return an item, please email us with your request indicating the reason for dissatisfaction. We will then provide you with an RMA number and instructions for return. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns; issue merchandise credit in lieu of refund and/or charge a variable restock fee if a returned parcel is not in compliance with our terms and conditions. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.  Returned orders that were purchased using our free shipping promotion will have original shipping cost deducted from any refund or credit amount.
